Freedom Biblical Outreach Ministry is a Christ-centered remote outreach of Springdale Christian Fellowship. We exist to speak biblical truth into wounded lives, reconnect fathers and mothers with their children, strengthen marriages, and call broken homes back to Jesus Christ.
The crisis facing the family is deeper than changing trends or temporary techniques can reach. It is a gospel crisis. A gospel crisis demands an unapologetically biblical answer rooted in the inspired, authoritative, and sufficient Word of God.

Freedom Biblical Outreach Ministry is led by Dr. Mike Napier and his wife, Julia, in partnership with Springdale Christian Fellowship. Their shared burden is to carry biblical truth into wounded lives and help families build again upon Christ.
Dr. Mike Napier
Dr. Napier brings more than two decades of ministry, counseling, teaching, and public-service experience to the work of restoring families and equipping men. He is also a retired sheriff's deputy, author, and pastor of Springdale Christian Fellowship.
Julia Napier
Julia serves with wisdom, compassion, and a deep commitment to God's Word. She brings a vital pastoral presence to women, marriages, parents, and families seeking restoration.
The Forge and the Blade
A companion resource for men who refuse to live soft, shallow, or self-absorbed. Through biblical teaching, practical discipleship, and the refining fire of God's Word, men are called to become faithful in character and ready for mission.
